Highly complex campus renovation with multiple tenants, project sequencing, and purchase/leasing transactions.
Automobile Dealership, Covington
Represented owner in land acquisition and facilitated closing for development of luxury car dealership.
New Iberia Retail Center, New Iberia
Real estate closing for the purchase of a 17-acre Rouses-anchored center. The project included a local tax incentive program. Legal services included sale-back from a portion of the site, tenant lease-out, and development of the new retail center.
Commercial Development, Covington
Represented developer’s interest in redevelopment of existing grocery store space into trampoline indoor jump park and swim school facility.
The Commons Development, Metairie
Real estate transactions including site development, alleviate non-conforming site and parking issues, tenant lease-outs, and closing services.
Residential Subdivision, Thibodaux
Represented the developer’s interest in raw land acquisitions and residential subdivision developments including drafting/ negotiating purchase agreements for land and lot sales, land use and zoning, homeowner’s association , title and closing services.
